our tried and true five step process will guide you from ideas on a pinterest board to having beautiful, hand crafted stationery on your doorstep within weeks. get a better feel for our signature process below and see if we are right for your big day.
STEP FIVE
we will use this time to assess your inspirations, needs, and design elements you love most. kenzie and katie will use their years of experience to walk through every detail, making recommendations based on your personal style and budget. think of this as an opportunity to show off your mood board and acquaint the girls with your personal style and story.
Consultation
2 MONTHS TO DELIVERY
STEP ONE
shortly after your consultation, you will be presented with a formal quote. a detailed line by line budget will outline your desired stationery pieces along with their price points. in addition, our 50 percent retainer to formally book our services will be detailed in your quote and collected before the design and printing process begins.
Proposal
5 TO 7 WEEKS TO DELIVERY
STEP TWO
we will provide you with an expected timeline for design and production to ensure your project stays on schedule. we collect wording details and photo assets during this stage. you will be given a digital proof of each stationery item to review and recommend changes for. we will communicate heavily during this stage to ensure your goals and needs are met.

3 TO 5 WEEKS TO WEDDING
upon approval of your digital suite, we will collect the final 50 percent payment due on your project. after this, we begin the magic of printing and proofing your invitations. our quality control check will ensure your invitations are in pristine condition before delivery. from there, we schedule a delivery or pickup date and you will receive your stationery.

a good rule of thumb to keep in mind is the more custom a project is, the more likely it is to have a higher investment. smaller projects like shower invitations or save the dates will have a lower investment than a wedding invitaiton suite with a custom design, vellum jacket, and wax seals.

couples should plan for guests to receive save the dates 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding. it is best practice to get started with us 10 months before your wedding in order to meet this timeline.
when should i order my stationery?
due to the custom nature of our design, printing, and production process, we only accept a limited number of clients per year. for weddings, we encourage couples to reach out immediately after securing a date with their venue. we are able to accommodate rush projects for an additional fee, which will be determined during the consultation stage.
yes. we will talk through all of your details throughout the planning process and use our expertise to word everything with the utmost etiquette. we are here to make sure you do not break the rules... or do if that is your thing.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH WORDING?
couples should plan for guests to receive invitations 8 to 9 weeks prior to your wedding. it is best practice to get started with us 5 to 6 months before your wedding in order to meet this timeline.

yes. we offer guest addressing, assembly, and mailing services for our wedding invitation suites and save the dates. this service is subject to our 50 dollar per hour labor charge. all fees will be discussed during the consultation and proposal stages.
CAN YOU MAIL AND ADDRESS MY INVITATIONS?
our standard paper is 120 double thick super smooth paper from mohawk papers. however, we can source colored papers, vellum, kraft, and other types of papers at cost to the client.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
at this time, we do not offer letterpress services. however, we are able to offer flat foil adhereing in a range of colors. flat foil gives the shine of letterpressed foil, only without the texture.
